More Violence in our Future

The passage of the Obama Healthcare plan, and the reaction by those who oppose it is bringing about a greater polarization of American society. President Obama’s far left governing strategy is doing more to divide us than any president in recent history. Citizens are taking sides.

Though we can expect to see less than civil behavior on both sides, the reality is that those on the right are animated by general principles deriving from the Christian faith, like respecting others as you would have them respect you even when you may disagree. As a group they are less prone to violence. The left, for the most part and in contrast to the right, does not reflect a Christian worldview, but rather a godless secular worldview not restrained by Biblical morality. In their view the cause justifies any means necessary, including violence, as illustrated by the acts of eco-terrorists.

It was reported today that Democratic supporters were throwing eggs at Tea Party buses, and Republican legislators were receiving death threats laced with vulgar language. This does not bode well for the prospects of civil order. President Obama’s actions are bringing to a full head a cultural civil war that had been simmering for the last few decades between the godless, and those who believe we are “One Nation Under God.”

As the left feels more emboldened and justified in their cause they will react with more violence and uncivil behavior unrestrained by a Christian ethic. It only stands to reason that adopting more godless European attitudes will also bring more godless European style civil disobedience and violence.

Hi Brother Bill, I was in Washington DC the wk end of the fight against the Health Care debacle. Chap. Desiree and I saw Capitol guards on Sat. Nite w machine guns across their chests. During the Worship service, Sunday on the Capitol lawn, there were two capitol guards stationed on either side of the Capitol Steps w machine guns trigger ready(I have photo). Within ONE Hour, after I called two of our contacts in NY/DC those guards were withdrawn. Also SEIU Union members were BUSSED in to agitate The Tea Party members on site. PRYR is ESSENTIAL NOW! Chap.
