An Impeachable Offense

The Obama administration has announced today that it will no longer defend the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which bans the recognition of same-sex "marriage." This indicates either a total ignorance of the limits of executive authority, and the responsibility of the Department of Justice, or blatant arrogance and disregard for our system of law. This is not a dictatorship where the executive can choose which laws he will enforce and which he will ignore. If he believes a law is unconstitutional we have a judicial process to make that determination. The President and the Attorney General do not have the unilateral authority to declare what laws –and by extension, what part of the Constitution-they will enforce. he President took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. This is a clear attempt to shred it, and in my view, it is an impeachable offense.

There is a silent siege taking place in this country. While the majority remain silent, the minority are taking siege. The majority will become slaves to the democracy of the minority then wonder, how did it happen.

I am concerned that we are seeing the end of the United States of America as a leader of the free world. Unless we have a revival and elect a true Christian conservative to the white house in 2012, america's reign as the superpower of the world may be over. I always wondered how will Israel be attacked by its enemies as long as the U.S. is Israels ally? The bible predicts this will take place. I now see how it will happen, the U.S.A is being crippled by leftist liberal leaders whose morals don't exist and the country is reaping what is being sown, as long as we continue to kill the unborn, recognize perversness as normal, allow the family to disintigrate this nation cannot and will not lead the world. We as Christians MUST proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ louder than ever!
